Host City: Monterrey

Monterrey has long been a powerhouse of Mexican soccer, with a deep-rooted passion for the sport that dates back to the early 20th century. The city is home to two of Liga MX’s most prominent clubs—CF Monterrey (Rayados) and Tigres UANL—whose fierce rivalry, known as the Clásico Regiomontano, is one of the most intense in Mexican football. Both clubs have achieved domestic and international success, and their fan bases are among the most loyal and energetic in the country.
Estadio Monterrey in Guadalupe will host three group-stage matches and one Round of 32 fixture between 14 and 29 June 2026.
Opened in 2015, the venue was the first in the Americas to earn a LEED Silver certification, boasting compact energy systems and low-voltage infrastructure. It staged eight 2022 Concacaf W Championship games, including USA’s 1-0 final win over Canada.
